The Alteration films compress the TV anime into a two-part arc instead of building a separate sequel plot. That makes the structure simple but intense: introduce the Lost Ground conflict, sharpen the Kazuma/Ryuhou rivalry, then push Alter-user politics toward the climactic identity clash.
