Original summary

Kimiko injures her hand during class and has to deal with it while Tōru brings Tansan to school with her to meet Yutaka and Miho. Later, the girls decide to get pancakes at a café where Miho happens to be working, facing trouble when Yutaka shows up out of the blue.

What happens in this episode?

The +Smile OVA uses the established A-Channel rhythm as bonus material: the joke starts from an ordinary school-life setup, then each of the main four pushes the scene in a different direction. Run keeps things sunny, Tooru reacts protectively, Yuuko becomes the emotional target of teasing or embarrassment, and Nagi keeps the group readable.
