C.C. Corp is the company behind The World and the institution most invested in controlling the public shape of the crisis. Tokuoka’s ex-employee status matters because he knows enough to distrust the official silence.
Helba and her agents
Helba operates from the shadows, sending clues and missions that push the real-world team toward the information they need. Liminality uses Helba less as a conventional ally and more as a hidden coordinator.
The World’s player network
Tomonari’s contacts, Yuki’s player identity, and the trail through member addresses show that players themselves form an accidental evidence map.
