Sometime between I.C.Y. 956 and I.C.Y. 958, when the planet was reclaimed by the empire, Till remained in power and his government refused to rejoin. After their defense (Big Charlie) was destroyed, the planet surrendered. However, the government devised a treaty to prevent Jinto and his descendants from setting foot on Martine again.
