Twilight Bracelet and Data Drain Explained

What the Bracelet Does
The Twilight Bracelet gives Shugo a version of Kite’s legendary Data Drain power. In this anime it functions as a targeted answer to abnormal data rather than a normal player skill.
Why It Is Dangerous
Because the bracelet breaks ordinary rules, it makes Shugo look like a cheater or system threat to administrators. The same power that can save Rena can also trigger panic from the people tasked with protecting The World.
