CC Corp and the Cobalt Knights Explained

Who They Are
CC Corp runs The World, while the Cobalt Knights and debugger figures such as Kamui represent enforcement against anomalies. Their job is understandable: protect the system before bad data hurts players.
Conflict With Shugo
The problem is that Shugo’s bracelet looks like an illegal anomaly even when he is trying to save Rena. That puts the heroes between player loyalty and institutional control.
