Sakuya, Mary, and Tobias
The central trio is not a formal guild so much as a friend group. Their chemistry drives the story: Sakuya charges in, Mary protects the emotional center, and Tobias thinks several steps ahead.
Yata Mirror
Shamrock’s adventurer guild represents organized, experienced play. The One Sin disaster makes them look like antagonists at first, but the false bounty reveals that the real problem is manipulation from outside the guild.
Iyoten and Asta
The PK pair weaponize trust, hacked items, and confusion. They are small-scale villains compared with the black-branch anomaly, but their choices create the opening for disaster.
Hermit and the anomaly
Hermit stands outside every normal category: not a normal player, not a simple NPC, and not just a monster. That uncertainty is why every faction’s response to him matters.
