The opening movement follows disoriented survivors who wake from cryogenic sleep with little emotional preparation for the world waiting outside. Team Summer B is important because it was not built as an elite unit. Natsu, Arashi, Semimaru, Botan, Hotaru, Matsuri, and the others have to turn fear, awkwardness, and clashing habits into a working survival rhythm. That makes the arc the anime’s best entry point: ordinary weakness becomes a legitimate dramatic problem rather than something the story ignores.
