Mayuri is a calm and open person, she always acted professional with her students even when some would be informal and call her by her first name. Mayuri does have a temper though which Okumura is always on the receiving end of.

As a teacher, Mayuri often appears in a light-colored professional blouse paired with a dark charcoal pencil skirt that accentuates her figure while remaining appropriate for a school setting. She frequently wears red-framed glasses as part of her "disguise" to distance herself from her famous "Mayura" persona. When she returns to the spotlight as Mayura, Mayuri is best known for her "Lustalotte" attire: a succubus bodysuit with iconic accessories and legwear.
