The World R:2
Roots takes place in The World R:2, a rebuilt online game environment where social systems matter as much as combat. Players organize through guilds, rumors, economies, PK culture, and special areas called Lost Grounds.
Classes and roles
Haseo’s Adept Rogue role signals growth and flexibility. Shino and Phyllo fit healing/support patterns as Harvest Clerics, Ovan’s Steam Gunner presence marks him as unusual and controlled, and Tabby’s Tribal Grappler style gives the group a physical close-range fighter.
PK and PKK culture
Player killing is not just background danger. It shapes Haseo’s first impression of the game, the way players measure strength, and the later identity he builds as someone who hunts killers.
