Original summary
Episode 15, “Twisted Justice,” moves the World Heroes quest forward with this verified setup: Cao Cao concludes Sima Yi’s schemes in Kingdom World to Sasuke: Liu Bei’s group rejoiced in their defeat of Dong Zhou and the return of peace to Kingdom World. At the summit of Victory Tower, however, Cao Cao alone witnessed a harsh reality. As Cao Cao reeled with despair, Sima Yi crept up and whispered to him, “You must save the world.” Cao Cao then made a ruthless decision in order to save the people.
