How it works
Cursed Gear lets human soldiers fight supernatural enemies by binding dangerous power into weapons. It is useful, but the story treats it as psychologically risky because emotion, demons, and combat capability are connected.
Story relevance
The power system is strongest when it tells you who has leverage. Vampires, demons, military officers, and experimental projects all change the balance between protection and exploitation.
